What is AVANCE Global and ProXimo at AVANCE Global?
AVANCE Global is an innovative event platform created to advance the professional and economic mobility of Latinos. Built to spark growth, collaboration, and opportunity, AVANCE Global provides a space for leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to shape the future for the Latino community.
Its marquee event, ProXimo at AVANCE Global, will take place in San Diego, CA, from September 18 - 21, 2025. This event will inspire the sharing of critical information and facilitate powerful business connections, resulting in a surge of prosperity for Hispanics and other underserved Americans.

How do I register for ProXimo at AVANCE Global?
Click the "Register Now" button to get started. You’ll be directed to our official registration page, where you can include additional tickets to special events like the Masquerade Ball.
Early bird registration is now available for $499 until Thursday, July 17, 2025. The price will increase to $599 starting July 18, 2025.
One registration provides access to a full range of content and experiences across multiple tracks.
What does my registration include?
When you register for ProXimo at AVANCE Global, you gain access to a full range of partner conferences, each producing their own independent sessions and workshops, in addition to curated tracks featured across the AVANCE Global platform.

- NAHREP – A network of realtors and real estate finance professionals.
- Hispanic Wealth Project (HWP) – A coalition of Latino investment professionals.
- National Hispanic Construction Alliance (NHCA) – A network of business owners in the construction industry.

- ProXimo Next—A first-of-its-kind track designed for the adult children (ages 18 to 35) of ProXimo registrants and participants.

What is ProXimo Next, and who is it designed for?
ProXimo Next is an exclusive track crafted for adult children (ages 18 to 35) of successful leaders registered for the event for a life-changing experience. ProXimo Next is designed to equip these young adults with the vision, tools, and connections to build enduring multi-generational wealth. The track will include exclusive social events that connect participants to like-minded peers, future partners, mentors, and friends.
How do I register my adult child for ProXimo Next?
You will have the option to register your adult child (ages 18 to 35) for ProXimo Next during your registration. If you’ve already completed your registration, you can go back and modify it at any time to include them.

How do I book my hotel?
After you register for ProXimo at AVANCE Global, you’ll receive a direct link to book your hotel through our official room block. A special rate of $339 a night is available exclusively for registered attendees through Friday, August 29, or until sold out.

Can I request a refund if my plans change?
Yes. Refund requests will be accepted through September 11, 2025. A $50 processing fee will apply.
Refunds will not be issued after the deadline. To submit a request, email registration@avanceproximo.com.
What if I am a confirmed speaker, sponsor, or invited guest and need to cancel?
If you are a confirmed speaker, sponsor, or invited guest of the event organizers and need to make changes to your participation, please contact us at kathy@avanceproximo.com. Our team will provide the appropriate next steps and support.
Do I need a badge to attend, and how will I receive it?
Yes. A badge is required for entry into all sessions and ticketed events. You will receive a printed badge when you check in at the registration desk on the first day of the event. If your badge is lost or misplaced, a reprint fee of $25 will apply.
What happened to the L’ATTITUDE?
After seven successful years, the founders of L’ATTITUDE chose to pursue their mission through separate platforms. While the L’ATTITUDE event is no longer taking place, its vision lives on through new experiences like ProXimo at AVANCE Global. Gary Acosta and Sol Trujillo remain partners in L’ATTITUDE Ventures and continue to support each other’s work.
Is the event in English or Spanish?
Most sessions will be presented in English unless otherwise noted. Spanish fluency is not required to fully participate in or enjoy the event.
