Angelica Rosas McDaniel oversees the development of original, unscripted programming for Hearst Media Production Group.

Prior to joining HMPG, McDaniel was EVP, Daytime at CBS, where she oversaw 11 series encompassing more than 1,200 original episodes annually and is credited with revitalizing CBS’s daytime lineup. She launched The Talk – CBS’s first daytime talk show — and led the daypart to winning 116 Emmy® awards.

She began her career as a national radio host at age 15 and later joined Telepictures/Warner Brothers as a development and digital executive for shows including The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Tyra Banks Show.
