Jaime has a proven track record and extensive experience in global consumer and industrial products, bringing over 30 years of P&L responsibility and a wealth of leadership expertise to the role.

Jaime Ramirez is a global Fortune 500 chief executive with over 30 years of P&L responsibility in the global consumer products industrial sector, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. He has cross-cultural experience in North America, EMEA, LATAM, and Asia leading high-performing, cross-functional teams of 35,000 employees globally. Jaime has a track record for growing and protecting profitability in volatile markets and significant headwinds, with a focus on growth-oriented transformation, value creation and driving shareholder value. His expertise in driving growth and profitability, business transformation, strong organizations and strategic acquisitions will be invaluable assets as Fluidra seeks to capitalize on new opportunities and enhance shareholder value.

He currently serves as a Board Director to Kimberly-Clark, a multinational personal care corporation.

Jaime Ramirez’s impressive background includes serving as EVP & President of Stanley Black & Decker Inc.’s Global Tools & Storage Business with $12.8 billion in revenue and accounted for over 70% of the entire corporation’s revenues (NYSE: SWK). He is highly adept at evaluating the company’s financial, operational, and sales business plans for improvements and a continuous increase in operating efficiencies. Jaime is an innovative leader in digital transformation and e-commerce initiatives. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Jaime also currently serves as a Board Advisor to RKTech Corp. A subsidiary of Rikkeisoft, RKTech is a top-tier technology company that focuses on the latest technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, cloud computing, and robotics process automation.

In addition, Jaime currently serves as an Independent Advisor to Bain Capital. Based in Boston, Bain Capital is one of the world’s leading private investment firms that specializes in private equity, venture capital, credit, public equity, impact investing across a myriad of industries, partnerships, and special situations.
