Since joining the company in 2017, Mónica Gil has been instrumental in establishing Telemundo as the nation’s number one Spanish-language network, leading the company’s Operations, Marketing, Strategy and Insights, and Communications teams. She has overseen numerous marketing and brand campaigns across Telemundo’s broadcast, cable, and digital properties, including Telemundo’s record-setting broadcast of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Prior to Telemundo, Gil held senior roles at Nielsen, where she was responsible for accelerating growth opportunities for a wide range of blue-chip media clients.
Gil is a board member of NIKE, Inc. and the National Women’s History Museum.
