As one of only three Latinos to write and star in his own Broadway play, Latinologues, he's revolutionized authentic storytelling. Two-time WGA Award nominee and Emmy-nominated writer for MADtv, In Living Color, and Hulu Network's East Los High.

Recent projects include starring alongside Mario Lopez in Lifetime's Feliz NaviDAD, creating the interactive comedy Sweet 15 ¡Que Quinceañera!, and hosting the Najera in America podcast. ALMA Award winner and author of five books, he continues amplifying diverse voices through his Latino Thought Makers Live Series.
