Silvana Montenegro is the Global Head of the Office of Hispanic and Latino Affairs at JPMorganChase, leading firmwide efforts to strengthen engagement with Hispanic and Latino communities. Over her 27-year tenure, she has held strategic roles across the U.S. and Latin America, focusing on leadership development, organizational culture and inclusive growth. She founded the Latin America Talent, Diversity & Inclusion function and helped launch the firm’s Global Leadership Center of Excellence. A recognized thought leader, she serves on the boards of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement and the Hispanic Federation and is the recipient of multiple awards including ‘Top 12 Highest-ranking Latinas’ by Latina Style and ‘Top 100 Most Influential Latinas in the U.S.’ by Latino Leaders magazine, among others.
