From 2006 to 2023, one of the founding members of Marvel Studios, Victoria was President of Film, Television and Animation Production at Marvel Studios, producing more than 35 successful Films, 15 Series and Animated shows. These films produced a record box office gross of over $30 billion dollars, receiving 15 Academy Awards nominations and 7 Primetime Emmy nominations and 2 Children's & Family Emmy wins.

In 2022, she produced the international hit ARGENTINA 1985 for Amazon Studios. The film received worldwide awards such as the Venice International Film Festival and the San Sebastián International Film Festival; nominated for the Oscars and BAFTA as Best International Film and awarded the Golden Globe Awards and Goya Awards.

On a personal level, she has more than 40 international awards and nominations. Among them: 2 Childrens & Family Emmys (2023), Vision Award (2022), Motion Picture Sound Editors (2022), Primetime Emmy (2022 & 2021), Hollywood Film Awards (2019), Hollywood Professional Association Awards (2018), VES Visionary Award (2017). She was named by The Hollywood Reporter's "Women in Entertainment Power 100" for eight consecutive years & Forbes "Top 100 Latino Women".
